We are providing you with an update on the steps we are taking at HAIR DESIGN to ensure your health and safety during your visits in response to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak. We are committed to Your Safety.
There is no higher priority than your safety. We are staying informed and prepared to adjust to this evolving situation. We want you to feel confident, safe, and comfortable when visiting our HAIR DESIGN. We want to let you know that we have and will continue to:
All Clients and Stylists are required to wear a face mask at all times inside the salon.
Enhanced our Sanitation cleaning and disinfecting procedures per NC State Board guidelines
No walk-ins at this time, please call or book online
Stocked up on antibacterial hand soap and hand sanitizer
Instituted a screening process for everyone entering our Salon including all employees
Adjusted the training processes to limit unnecessary contact and respect safe distancing procedures
HAIR DESIGN is committed to serving people in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak. It is important that you have the freedom to choose. If you elect to postpone or cancel your appointment, we do ask that you let us know prior to 24 hours before your appointment so we can accommodate other guests requesting to get in.
We will continue to closely monitor all changes in the World Health Organization, federal and state health guidelines, including from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as they relate to the COVID-19 outbreak and continue to ensure a safe environment for everyone’s safety and wellbeing.
